Tastes

Batch 4/504 (if I recall correctly). I actually had trouble finishing this bottle. I strongly felt that the sherry casks were not well-integrated, and that the PX's influence was out of balance with everything else going on. A few drops of water vastly improved the spirit, but not enough to bring everything together. Maybe it was just my batch or my bottle, but one hopes for consistency between vattings.
