Hard to evaluate on first try, which will require a 2nd attempt soon! Fruity, sweet, vanilla, oily. Definitely noticed the cask strength with astringency. Long finish. Trying to figure this one out. Not sure I would consider paying secondary prices, but all-in at list/retail. I’ll be back..Hundred North Bar & Kitchen

Pecan sweetness, Maple syrup, smooth, found little to no alcohol burn, and definitely not a “flat” wheated bourbon. Strange as it sounds, reminded me of a lighter version of Angel’s Envy Rye (due to the full bodied sweetness). I know, crazy. Maybe it will be different next time.Hundred North Bar & Kitchen
