Tastes

Not much going on here but an adequate mixer.

Strong. Alcoholic flavour. Some smoke and sweetness. Fine when mixed but unpleasant neat.

Nothing overly complex or standout, but an excellent and approachable example of decent single malt scotch. Good body with the typical scotch malt on the palate and aftertaste.

Sweet, spicey, full bodied with some malty and alcoholic notes on the finish. You can tell that this is a higher proof whiskey as it has some throat burn. Sipable, but high ABV makes this an excellent mixer for whiskey and coke.
