Great Nose - Sweet, dark chocolate, some butterscotch notes and dark fruits. The nose transfers over to the palate. Definitely drinks it proof and has a long finish, but still smooth and sweet. This is a good pour. I enjoyed this neat in a glencarin glass.

Solid bourbon, but not special. A little underwhelming for a 12 year. Not as complex as I expected.

On the nose, I pick up sweet oak, toasted marshmallow, slight cinnamon and lots of dark fruits (Cherry, Raspberry, also maybe some Blueberry). On the palate, I taste dark chocolate, sweet oak, cherry, tobacco and a slight dry leather. I get a long finish and nice Kentucky hug. It’s very complex and drinks lower than 127 proof.

This is a really tasty rye. It’s definitely complex and has a nice long finish.
