    Nose: oak, cinnamon, peanut, honey, cherry, brown sugar. Taste: oak, cinnamon, peanut, cherry raisins. A bold bourbon with more spice than sweetness. I have Batch 5. It's solid but not worth nearly the price. I wouldn't pay more than $60 for another bottle.

    Nose: Malt, earthiness, citrus, peat. Taste: vanilla, malt, light peat, plums, raisins, floral notes. A drop of water brings the peat out on the nose and brings out honey on the palate. A fantastic introduction to peated scotch for beginners.

    Nose: cinnamon, honey, candy corn, raisins, biscuits, wood spice. Palate: caramel, butterscotch, candy corn, rye spice, mint. Very hot but extremely flavorful. A few drops of water opens up butterscotch and nuttiness on the nose and likewise on the palate. This is most complex at its full proof.
