Really cool nectarine note on the nose in addition to the normal rye notes of cherry and mint that I usually get. A little oakier on the finish than I was expecting, still really enjoyed this.

I really enjoy the cherry cola and caramelized bacon notes, kind of has a BBQ vibe going on with the smoke. It’s definitely got stronger notes on the palate than most Islay single malts, I guess the name kind of implies it.

Ive gotten into American single malts recently and love this take. Kind of a peach pie and vanilla thing going on, definitely heartier than a lot of single malt Scotches.

One of my favorite single barrel picks. They’re all different, but have lots of maple, toffee, oak, baking spice, orange peel, a sometimes a hint of cherry. A drop of water really opens up my current pick.

Nice caramel, some orange peel and baking spice. The wheat content definitely comes through, my preferred type of bourbon. Good value for the price.
