Young bitter. Not smooth not a sipper

Well done nice lite rye. Would argue their straight rye is more approachable. Only Bookers has really perfected Cask strength. So sad Sagamore is all about Maryland, but liquid is from Indy. Sure they disclose it it, but their story is Penn rye.

Very nice vanilla and cherry taste with rye finish. Sad they tout the rye , but is from Indy and not Maryland

For a young whiskey, well done with malt and smoked cherrywood

A bit too spicy on the taste but a nice cherry finish one expects from woodford.
