Somewhat intense yet smooth for 101 proof! Classic vanilla, honey bourbon flavors with medium to long rye finish. Budget Russell’s Reserve!

First off best $15 bottle bourbon I have ever had!!! A little thin, but smooth for 100 proof. Light vanilla sweetness with a hint of nuttiness. Pretty short finish.

Rich vanilla with some honey and caramel notes. Medium to long finish with a bit of a bite.

Classic vanilla brown sugar flavor with little burn. Medium finish with some more floral or possibly fruity notes.

Simple smooth vanilla with a bit of a Carmel touch at the end. Very short on the finish. Pricing is great however!

Very smooth for essentially a barrel strength bourbon! Sweet honey vanilla with a bit of pepper/maybe cinnamon. Medium to long finish.

Light, smooth, floral with muted vanilla notes. A little spice along with minimal bite. Short finish.

Boring

Smooth, Oakey, long finish and good rye bite. Less vanilla than expected. Maybe got the wrong barrel. Would rate better, but have had better single barrel options (Knob Creek Single Barrel Reseve 9 Yr). Same price, readily available, higher proof. And tastes better. Not giving up on this one just yet but I have had better. Maybe will get a better barrel next time.
