2022 Bourbon and American whiskey advent calendar Tastes like wet paper. Definitely a Tennessee whiskey.

All the bitter tastes at once. Very in the vein of German bitter tastes. Very malty and almost sour. Opens up nicely but still smells like a stale hells. Sweet/Acid up front then a barrage of oak and spice. Seems all over the place but grows as you drink. Still reminiscent of burping after throwing up a little. Don’t take it from me. I don’t like Glenfarclas / most beer barley tasting malty mates and this tastes on the nose with that audiences taste. Honstly not bad but not my thing. Don’t love the saltina sweet Bought a single shooter 0,051 ml 43%

Nose is soft and sweet like fresh brown sugar, blackstrap molasses, and chocolate. Mouth isn't like other bourbons. It's like the ghost of rye is present with lots of corn which gets muted somehow like malt barley is competing for the same note and the corn wins out only on the high end making it almost taste like chocolate leather honey. The heart of this is very dark and earthy like dutch cocoa, pipe tobacco, and rich soil finish is short and earth covered. Leather bound books surrounded by rich wood

Not my thing at all 100% rye mash. Doesn't taste like typical rye in that it's more hay-like or feed grain with an overall rye presence. Some funk in there like slightly off grain dust. sharp taste and mouth feel. Almost hollow? Very young grain flavor.

Advent Calendar: 12-22-2020 Nose: barrel wood, cola, Cheerio cereal Mouth: Vanilla, cinnamon, subtle rye spice, cherry, smooth and creamy. Not getting hit with much alcohol. Finish: Cereal grains cooking spices and chocolate tobacco

smells like a wet sauna. Almost like how bourbon smells if you leave it out all night. Tastes like wet mushy wood. almost like the smell/flavor of a toothpick or popsicle stick that's been chewed over for too long. No alcohol taste. Tastes more like wood pulp than a whiskey

Salty smoky malty scotch with a bourbon sweet/spiciness kick. Almost like a banana cola taste?

Nose - Funky wet coastal shoe smell punches the nose then opens up into a hazy grain followed by a floral/saltana finish Palate - Hits the mid back of the tongue with a spice combo that I'm not familiar with. Funky almost savery caribbean coconut but more funk than anything Finish - I can only think "damp". spicy and damp. Faint sour apple

Smells of dusty hay barn- a lot like willett- tastes of hay and very spicy orange flavor

Deep oak and toasted marshmallows
