1/2 pour is the perfect amount for this great dessert whiskey. Really delicious and mysterious orange candy with that traditional Evan Williams/heaven hill corn sweetness. After figuring out the orange taste more, turns almost sickeningly sweet/syrupy.

Raisin and malty hibiscus tea. thin finish

Thick peat smoke on the nose and taste. Thin mouth feel with a very alcoholic aftertaste. Almost like green apple and pepper corn

Smooth Japanese corn without the raisin taste of suntori

It tastes like what would happen if I got ahold of the Highland Park 12 recipe but tried to make it in a tire.
