Tastes

Nose: Initially alcohol forward with ethanol. Becomes very sweet with hints of caramel and honey. Possibly a hint of oak as well. Palate: Spicy with sweetness like toasted brown sugar. Still hot but not unpleasant. A little peppery. Finish: Almost a peppery finish that tingles, with a lingering sweetness.

Nose is rich and sweet. Toasted brown sugar, molasses. Very rich and full flavored palate. Heavy oak flavor with undertones of cherry. Finish is velvety and lingers with flavors of oak and fruit.

The nose is sweet with a hint of alcohol. Apple pie aroma. The palate is warm and oily. Toasted oak and full body with spices with a hint of vanilla. The finish is drier and leaves a hint of milk chocolate left lingering on the tongue along with a more tannic full flavor that burns a bit.

Nose: Sweet caramel and vanilla with a hint of alcohol. Palate: Sweet flavor, vanilla maybe, with warming notes and spice. Medium body. Finish: Big punch of finish that lingers and tingles. Hints of oak.

Nose is sweet and maybe a little fruity, possibly apple? The palate has a strong cherry flavor up front, possibly with an oak flavor. The finish is definitely long and hot, leaving a tingling feeling from your lips to your tongue and down your throat. There is a distinct pepper and rich caramel flavor to go with it.

Thin leathery taste. Very light. Peppery finish.

Hot, but sweet and full. Bold and strong flavor. Spice with caramel and vanilla. Slightly oily. Maybe a touch of smokiness.
