Tastes

Bottle has been open several months, lost some of it complexity. Did this blind, got flat cream soda on the palate and characteristic Jim Beam nuttiness on the nose. Cherry was still there on taste, but hiding.

Wheat, so much wheat. Why so much wheat??

Some light fruitiness on nose First sipped shocked me with how creamy the mouthfeel is so I had to go back in for a second to get flavors, mostly medicinal cherry cough syrup took things over. Very short finish. Tried mixing but that medicinal cherry kept shining through. This one will be on the shelf for a while…
