Spicy cinnamon/ cracked black pepper finish, working backwards from graham crackers and smoked apple, with a daringly bold fruit forward from apricots and stone fruit. A must experience dram, worthy of any collector’s bivvy.

Complex and highly fruit forward blackberries. Bordering on creme brulee or burned brown sugar. Finishes with a lingering cigar tobacco smoke that carries away the fruit and sweetness. One of my favorites to break up the week to lead into the weekend.
