Tastes

Nose is pretty sweet, palate is where this really shines. Brown sugar, maple, caramel, oak, tiny hint of banana. Extremely solid!

Nose is a wonderful whiff of marshmellow, graham cracker, although not the burnt flavor of smores. Dances of baking spices on the nose and the palate, as well as caramel, oak, and leather. Long finish, hints of cherries and vanilla. Wodnerfully complex.

Leather, oak, and butterscotch. Tiny hug at the end that was unexpected but smooth on the palate

Peanuts. Very one dimensional but smooth at least

Very traditional bourbon, oakey nose, carmel, oak, and butterscotch on the palate. Not overly complex or smooth, but very solid!

Very interesting, nose is much more complex than the palate. Apple, cinammon, spearmint. Palate is mostly apple, and kind of an ambiguous sweetness.

Batch 74: sweet leather and dark cherry nose, palate packs punch and disapates into tons of flavor, sweet baking spices, cigar, molasses, oak. Very long lingering finish (4.25) Batch 79: nose is every type of cake I can think of! Very complex palate, delicous (4.5) Batch 87: most of the same notes as 74, but a little more Armagnac influence on this bottle (4.75) Batch 188: does not compare ro other batches, still solid but little harsher (4/5)

I had a store pick, really weird dusty mouth feel but super tasty. Sawdust maybe?

Malty, bits of honey. Not horrible for the price point!

Nose is rubbing alcohol, palate is.... rubbing alcohol and hints of caramel. Horrible, to be frank
