Tastes

A whiskey that expanded my concept of whiskey itself. Recognizable profile that compares to the ‘From the Barrel’ blend. Nose has sweet and fresh tones along cereal and cookie notes. Taste begins with tart and a mouthfeel not unlike chardonnay (!), opening to cafe au lait, cheesecake, cookiedough, and milk chocolate quickly followed by berries and orange. Taste lingers and brings deep notes of crumble, cookies and cafe au lait. This is one to cherish.
