Not the heat I’m used to but my pallet is ruined with high proof stuff. Floral/herbal notes with medium burn to the tongue. Not much charred or wood. Good sipping.

First pour was vanilla note and charred more than toasty. Warm subtle finish. After some air caramel and toasty oaks and warm/spicy. Barrel pick tasting.
