Nose of alcohol and spice then sweet/yeasty/brown sugar Pallet is minty spice followed by chocolate and dry. Finish warm and short linger. Not oily.

Nose: sweet and fruity with vanilla notes Palate: earthy and caramel taste with orange peel on the back. Finish: medium burn with alcohol finish. You can taste the wheat and grain as the flavor continues to linger for a nice finish.

Sweet and spicy with full vanilla to the nose. Like sugar cookies baking. First sip is a forest full of oak in the fall as the leaves fall, then swallow and the charred oak and full alcohol flavors come out. Finishes with lingering cinnamon red hots and mouth and lip numbing. Second sniff is less spice and more sugar and vanilla. Some fruit notes, orange peel maybe. Second sip sweet, rich, and full. Oily smoky finish that stays on your tongue for your lasting enjoyment. Top 3 in my collection.

Spicy and vanilla on the nose. Smooth full pallet. Long spicy finish

As I am maturing in tasting notes I’m lowering my score not because it’s any worse but because I have more flavor profile info. Aroma is mostly spicy and tingles the nose. Some vanilla sweetness as you take nose away. Palette is warm and toasted not charred or Smoked. Finishes warm, sweet, and balanced.

nose - light at first spicy lingering. Oak notes. Taste - hot, smoky, Carmel and vanilla, smoked walnuts Finish - medium heat, dry, and spicy warmth. I love the smoky and charred taste and finish and enjoy the higher proof of this one over the 1910.

Noses of char and fruits. Smokey and smooth taste. Medium burn finish with charred hardwood notes.

My tasting notes on 1910. Noses charred vanilla and green banana. Almost cherry but definitely fruited. Sips strong/bold for 93 proof. Spicy. Fruited vanilla notes burnt wood and spicy.

Charred full and earthy. Smokey sweet. My was a store pick so could be different than the normal.
