I can taste the pear almost instantly, followed by some charred oaky flavor. It rolls into a spicey tone with a short burst of heat. Touch of vanilla in the middle of it all then it finishes with a noticeable rye flare. The finish is slightly numbing and strong but not overpowering.

As soon as this hits the tip of your tongue, you get a nice sweet hit of the Pinot Noir. Then you move into the oak, caramel, and vanilla notes. The finish is long and the bite is fantastic at 123.10 proof. Very glad I picked this up before you could not longer find it in the wild.

Nice bourbon and was impressed by the balance from start to finish. I pulled a great barrel and shared with some friends. Everyone loved it.

Very solid bourbon and probably one of my go to pours. A little spice, full taste, rich and well balanced.

This is a really good bourbon. The distillery is fairly new to the game but man, what a great turnout on this Saint. A limited run in the fall of 2019 at 400 bottles, it's worth the buy. Can't wait for the next run. Great balance of sweet and spice. Smoother than expected.
