Hard to describe. The mouthfeel is light and slightly creamy. Oakiness is average, but present. It’s not sweet, but it is more citrusy than it is peppery. I think I really like it, I’m just trying to decipher the predominant note. The finish lingers with a good intensity and for a preferred duration, but also doesn’t really add anything memorable to the experience.

Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed February 10, 2023Perhaps the most oily and thick bourbon I’ve tried yet. It hits hard for being so cheap, but it’s also incredibly straightforward and lacks nuance or depth. It’s definitely not as oaky as other bourbons I’ve tried, but it is a little woodsy and definitely has a burn. The finish is the least pleasant aspect - it almost tasted rubbery.
