Very consistent for single barrel. Always a perfect sweetness with a tiny bit of funk. My go to bourbon to drink straight.

Sold to me as a palate cleanser but surprisingly didn’t have the kick expected. Very complex, maybe citrus notes and subtle vanilla.

A bit of kick. Carmel back there for some reason. Mostly funk though.

A little meh. Still smooth

Creamy Carmel but still a bit of heat. Smooth as hell.
