Super smooth

Vanilla on the nose. Got some smoke on the first couple sips, but then mellows out after getting acclimated and now getting some sweet undertones. Medium, dry finish. Solid once you get over the hump of the first couple sips.

Heavy vanilla on the nose. Typical rye spice on the palate, but then finishes really smooth.

Big cinnamon flavor, but finishes well

106.2 proof. Second tasting as good as the first. Big rye spice on the nose. Big rye spice upfront on the palate. Turns into a hot (as expected with a rye), vanilla finish that is very enjoyable. Just as delicious as the first taste. Will definitely enjoy this bottle.

Sweet on the nose. Palate is similarly to red wine with dark fruits dominating at first, but evens out with a nice vanilla flavor and light finish. Great sipper for the price.

2nd taste after it’s opened up...Sweet on the nose. Palate is wood heavy at first and I’m getting some smoke. Then moves to sweet with a quick finish. Confusing.. not really my style.
