Nose is very pleasant, almost like white chocolate but it's very faint. The palate is pretty all round, mostly vanilla, some light peat, something sour too.

Nose is fantastic on this, smokey and caramely. Peaty is strong, but not overwhelming. Also has another quality that I think is rich, maybe burnt caramel.
