Tastes

Floral nose that branches into the oak from the barrel. Very refined. Graham crackers, nutmeg. Caramel, vanilla wafers on the palate, followed by oak, polished, lingers and coats the palate.

Lovely nose of cookie dough, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate chips. The palate has mocha and chocolate on the front, woody toward the back. Mineral, sasparilla, and mint finish. Delicious and longing.

Sweet and slightly fruity nose. Sweet on the initial sip, more woody on the palate, with a slightly buttery finish. Luscious and warm. Warm and luscious.

Cinnamon and Graham crackers on the nose, with hints of sandlewood. The palate is cinnamon and spicy, and little grassy and piney on the finish. Little heat.
