Light, sweet, and nutty. No water needed. It didn’t blow my socks off and I probably won’t buy it again but it’s a decent sip.

I love peaty whisky and thought this would be a showstopper. However high levels of heat and smoke stomp out the other aromas. There are traces of sweet raisin on the palate which I enjoy. But then the finish is more heat and chat. Thankfully a few drops of water help the alcohol burn.

Amazing whisky for the price point. Light smoke and almond on the nose. Spice and vanilla on the palate.
