Tastes

This is my favorite Irish Whisky. It is uniquely unlike other Irish Whiskies I have tasted. The sherry cask influence bursts through with stone fruit flavor - cherry and plum, combined with fig and raisin. The proof is where it should be, it is neither chill-filtered nor colored, and although non age stated, tastes well-aged.
