Tastes

About as perfect a blend as I've ever had. Really a pleasure to sip.

First sherry cask whisky and it's really good!

Maple/caramel/vanilla scent. Malty flavor. Very good.

At first a little bitter and heavy grain which isn't my favorite but the finish is a smooth vanilla. Not bad!

Peaty, spicy with a coastal "salted air" finish. Hard to explain but you can taste/smell the ocean with this one.
