Tastes

Very light and subtle. Doesn’t have any alcohol flavor or burn. I think it could benefit from being a few proof points higher (BiB)

Nose of caramel and oak. Taste develops from wood to coffee and chocolate to a finish of leather. Superb.

Very strong apple notes. This whiskey tastes young, but not in a bad way (overpowering ethanol notes aren’t present). It has a thin mouthfeel but has a nice sweet finish.
