Tastes

Sweet and spicy on the palate. Maybe some oak. No other significant flavors stand out besides it being sweet. The finish is moderate to short. There is some heat that comes with this one so be advised. With that being said it is still a decent whisky to keep around. Also good to show off to your friends who are just getting started with whiskies.

Smoky/peaty on the nose. Medicine (Chloraseptic) and bandaids on first taste followed by a gentle sweet finish mixed with more peat. Surprisingly good considering the flavors I’m getting. Definitely complex in taste.

Deliciously smoky with notes of honey and angel cake hidden beneath. The finish is long and smooth. A wonderful treat for those that know how to find it.

EXCEPTIONALLY SMOOTH. Hints of vanilla are present with an underlying coolness to the taste throughout. Very....”refreshing” considering its a whiskey.

Exceptionally tasty. First thing that hit me was the fruity notes. I’ll be drinking this one again and again.

Nose: Little bit of heat, dried fruits Palate: Green stewed apples, and a little bit of heat Finish: Fruity, stewed apples. Medium length finish.

Honestly this tasted worse when I followed the recommendation. Putting it in the freezer made it taste like rubbing alcohol. When I tasted it at room temp, it was just okay. Mildly sweet, but no hints of berries or caramel like it advertises.
