Tastes

Sweet smell of caramel. Lot of fruity flavors but the 100 proof does give it a little heat. Does not linger on the palate. With a lower mash rate it is very bourbon-esque. I liked it a lot.

A hint of ripened apples. Comes across a mixture of sweet and sour.

Sweet aroma of honey and caramel. Taste is smooth. There is a lot of fruity notes with a hint of caramel. A long finish with a slight lingering burn.
