Tastes

This whisky belongs in the category of good whiskies. Personally, I don't perceive it as peaty, nor is it sweet or vanilla-flavored as one might anticipate. There's a slight metallic edge to it.

Very pleasant on the palate with an interesting lightness. This inexpensive bourbon is among the whiskies to be enjoyed liberally.

This whisky is of very good quality. I place it at the same level as the Glenmorangie Signet. The high alcohol content surprises a little at the beginning, but all the flavors come after and stay a long time in the mouth for a fabulous pleasure. For me, a minimum of two glasses at each tasting.
