Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed December 17, 2018 (edited January 4, 2019)Very light nose out of my neat glass. I smell sweetness. Taste lots of corn compared to the sweetness others described with a hint of spice. Decent nothing memorable. This is my second tasting of this. Will revisit the review again.65.0 USD per Bottle -

WhistlePig The Boss Hog V: The Spirit of Mauve
Rye — (bottled in Vermont), Canada

Maybe the best rye i’ve had. Its special when compared to pilesville. Its kinda like sazerac rye not in flavor profile but in being unique. Sweet and smooth with a bit of spice at the end. Very faint alcohol smell and taste. Def taste better than its age(i tried a 3 yr store pick btw). But that price tag makes my heart ache though. Wished it was $50

Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Oat Grain Kentucky Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed December 10, 2018I dont get the oatmeal cookie that other people say this oat grain is supposed to have. Very woody flavor. I am indifferent to it but not special considering the $110 price for it. Will evaluate again once it has time to air out.
