Much for rough and bitter than the white label.

Good enough stuff. Sweet, vanilla. Smooth. Little bit of a mustiness to it that actually adds to the otherwise lack of depth.

Just can't like the stuff. Rough, burnt taste. Sweet is about all it's got going for it.

This stuff isn't great for sipping..but it can be done without too much remorse. It actually is pretty darn smooth and sweet. Bit of a bitter aftertaste.Basically no depth of flavor..BUT it's $9 for a fifth and it mixes very well. 2 stars for flavor + 1 more for the price.

Pretty good stuff. Lots of toffee and leather. Smooth and thick. Little metallic after taste...but it's not strong. Problem is I've had bottles that were GREAT and others that were so so.. For the price I wish it was consistent. 1st bottle I bought became my favorite. Next 2 didn't compare..weird.

Sweet slightly rough with a bit of a smokey taste after the swallow. Not super smooth but I find myself buying a bottle now and then just to get that smokey flavor when the mood strikes.
