Taste is predominantly oak, most like a double oak bourbon. But unfortunately the price is too high for the quality, Noble Oak does a far cheaper and better bourbon at this style.

Fantastic highland whisky! Great nose of light toffee, with some smokiness and maybe leather like a new suede jacket. Taste of Demerara sugar with dates and raisins, with a beautiful full and deep finish.

A lighter one, not great depth to finish but nice and light. Flavor is honey, marmalade, apples and caramel. Aftertaste has a little peppery spice to it.
