Tasting Notes
"The Seville orange peel is prominent on the nose, but this gin is not made like their Chase Marmalade Vodka in which they cook the peels. Chase Seville Marmalade Gin itself is less sweet than you might expect, which is positive or negative depending on your palate. That said, the gin is flavorful throughout with its star, Seville orange peel, taking center stage. The juniper and other botanicals work as a chorus to their leading lady. The finish shows a gentle floral note. This is a no-brainer for daytime cocktails such as the French 75 or even a Gin Mule."
