Good, very smooth. A bit of a strong nose, but goes down easy. Small bite on the end. Strong leftover taste after swallow.

Darker color than normal. Sweetish smell, maybe a bit of rye. Can tatse the extra grains, rye in it. A bit hot at the end, but not too bad really. Very slight hint of chocolate at the end.

Dark color. Light taste to swallow, strong after taste with a slight burn. Quite sweet noise, with a different nose to it. Hits more on the front and sides of the tongue. Think the sweetness is in the caramel.

High rye taste. Still smooth like regular Bulleit, but harder to drink. Kinda poor smelling nose. Will take hold in a cocktail. Opens up with a splash of water. 90% rye mash bill.

Smooth and flavorful. Easy to drink. I get heavier notes of vanilla, corn and oak when nosing. Don't get a super high rye taste despite being higher rye content. Cinnamon comes out more in the finish for me. Definitely a full and rich taste, more thick than thin.
