Tasting Notes
"The nose is light and floral with hints of raisin, bamboo, and baked filo dusted with powdered sugar. The mouthfeel is warming and supple. The finish is soft and quick, leaving behind a medley of fine flavors for the palate to savor including flowers, lemon zest, rum baba and delicate camphor. This is a classy rum that will work wonderfully on the rocks, with tonic or in a chic cocktail. A shame that it has been discontinued; by blending together these two different styles and ages of rums a bright, light rum with delicate flavors is enhanced and enlarged without a hint of manipulation.
