"Peat smoke takes the lead on the nose, with broiled meats, grapefruit peels, and salted caramel. On the palate, find charcoal, rubber tires, and black pepper, along with the sweetness of macerated grapes and butterscotch. The finish offers dark chocolate chip cookies with sea salt, a simmering smokiness, soil, and tannic oak."
