Tasting Notes
"The most coastal of this quartet of Octomore, there's quite a bit of salty sea spray, with light notes of rubber gloves and a fair amount of sugary barley water. The smoke is intense, and is accompanied by oak shavings and charred lemon peel. The palate is sweeter with honey and nectarines, although the smoke loses nothing of its abrasiveness either. Slightly medicinal too. An experience!"
