Creamy, spicy, mouth-watering. Long finish. It has like two bursts of flavor. One slight hit at the end of the palate, and then another bigger hit. Super tasty.

Awesome cherry nose and taste

Sweet nose and mild 1792 flavor you're used to, mellowed a bit over the 12yrs of aging. Kind of one note, but smooth and buttery finish for a 96 proof. Drinks under its proof. Not bad, if it was more readily available.
