1792 Full Proof Straight Bourbon

Creamy vanilla slightly butterscotch. Long finish. On the sweeter side.

Smooth but strong with high proof. Carmel and chocolate came through on the nose but taste had elements of oak and honey (like honey nurb cherrios)

Nose: Light rye spice and oakiness with vanilla Palette: Burst of cherry with heat and goes into a mild oak and rye Finish: Moderate finish with cloves, oak, and a light vanilla or fruity sweetness

Nose: hints of fruit, with moderate spice/heat Palate: starts with light fruit notes followed by a fairly strong oak flavor. Finish: Oakiness fades into a light fruit flavor, apple/pear

Nose: smooth oak and caramel, a light rye spice comes through as well Taste: high proof tingle with rich cherry and oak, but quickly settles into a soft, sweet, rye spice Finish: moderate finish with a soft feel and a bit of rye pepperiness
