1792 Full Proof Straight Bourbon

I got a Brotherhood of the Bottle Single Barrel pick of this. It is a single barrel through and through. Super rich. Wonderful caramel and vanilla notes. Neat it is really strong and almost overly-alcohol. Add an ice cube an this one mellows out and displays some great flavors. Well worth the $50.

Very smooth going down. A lot of fire on the back end. 4.5-5 on the front end 2-3 on the back so I’ll round up. Will probably add water the next time I hit this bottle
