1792 Full Proof Straight Bourbon

Initially sweet on the palate. Hints of candy corn and caramel. Honey crisp apple also detected on the front end with delayed banana notes on the finish. A couple of ice cubes tame the heat and open it up a bit. Surprisingly delightful; not at all what I anticipated. Very pleased and definitely a keeper.

Sweet and smooth for a full proof. Long finish.
