Reviewed March 21, 2020Agree with professional tastes although the heat finish is on the front side of tongue which is lingering and interesting. I always enjoy the pear nose and taste of 1792 bourbons. Solid but not exceptional. -

Reviewed March 21, 2020 (edited April 3, 2020)Ranked in the middle of the pack when I tasted blind with some others around this proof. Very hot all around on the nose, palate and finish and surprisingly sweet as well to taste. You get a lot of burn on this one. -

Reviewed March 20, 2020Smooth as silk. Would never know the proof is as high as it is, but has a great finish. Very complex. No idea what I’m tasting, but it’s strong honey, maybe citrus. Oh boy this is a good one.
