Reviewed December 26, 2014 (edited January 12, 2015)Tons of caramel on the nose, starts sweet for a moment, then all those spices come through with a medium/long finish. Pretty darn good bourbon, especially considering the price. -

Reviewed December 25, 2014 (edited July 7, 2015)It has a bitter bite on the front and it lingers through the finish. The aftertaste is something I just can't enjoy. I'll only mix this in Dr. Pepper to help cover the actual taste from now on. This is not an everyday sipper. For the price I'd recommend Four Roses Small Batch, Buffalo Trace or even WL Weller Special Reserve.
