1792 Single Barrel Bourbon

Very smooth overall for an almost 50%er. Heavy dose of artificial banana flavor, but not in a bad way. Very little wood, vanilla, or traditional bourbon notes for me.

Fruity nose banana and pineapple and hint of Carmel. A well balanced bourbon with some complex flavors. Upfront sweet Carmel and toffee notes with some barrel char. Finishes out with some pepper spice. Enjoyable bottle

Rich classic bourbon flavors. Smooth and balanced. Like where the proof is since it delivers the right amount of sweetness. Way better than expected.

Fruity and sweet nose, with vanilla and rich spice flavors on the tongue. Excellent finish with a slight burn going down. Very nice bourbon!
