1792 Single Barrel Bourbon

Single barrel selected by Breaking Bourbon, available at Third Base. Mild nose. Classic scents, none of the tropical notes that I get with other bottles. That also applies to the palate, not getting the banana and coconut notes; mostly spice and leather on the palate, with strong cacao nibs, bitterness. Some turpentine. Good balanced amount of sweetness. Spice lingers a bit on the finish. 2/3/19
