Tasty. Oakey and quite a bit of burn. I found when I swallowed I could taste a strong lemon flavor when the burn subsided. Interesting and now I’m curious for more.

Same cane sugar light aroma from single barrel. Flavor is the same too, but even thinner. Basically feels like the little brother of the single barrel. Basically if you want something that hits a little less.

This 1792 product starts with intense spice and alcohol but not balanced well. Fades quickly. Mediocre but probably similar to other bourbons at the price point (around $27). Recommended use as a mixer. For sipping 1792 full proof is much better, especially single barrel versions, around $48.
