Smooth easy drinker

It starts a bit hot then turns sweet fruit with a touch of oak and the finish is like a sour apple. The drink itself is full bodied to me it drinks differently than others I've tried. It's a good neat pour but honestly this stuff does great work in cocktails so that's what I'd rather use this for.
