1792 Small Batch Bourbon

Leather nose with just a bit of smoke. Palate sweet upfront bursting to rye spice with some heat. A hint of vanilla and light fruit comes through then gets overwhelmed by the spice in the back of the throat. Add ice ball expands the flavor and smooths it out a bit. Overall pretty good bourbon for the price if you enjoy stronger rye based bourbon. Not really my favorite but might make my top ten on as a nine or ten for now.

Likeable pour with very subtle cherry taste. An almost leathery type of nose and generally one ill finish the bottleb of but wont replace.
