1792 Small Batch Bourbon

A nice leathery/tobacco/rustic note on the nose and initial palate along with classically balanced sweetness and spice. Not a ton of heat, pretty smooth. Enjoying it. Pick up a lot more cinnamon as I sip.

Classic bourbon flavors - caramel, spice, cherries. Medium mouthfeel and finish.

Light smell with a little sweetness. No bite to the smell. I like it. Sweet cherry, a little spice, little burn. Not overly complex, but pleasant and its more up my alley.

Nose is sweet with hints of cinnamon and cherry. Short legs would indicate a velvety feel but it actually felt a bit thin. Taste is overwhelmingly spicy. Dry and short finish.
